{ let it be } bio : emily is a 20-year old young lady who lives in one of her favorite cities in the world, los angeles, california. she attends the university of california, los angeles (commonly known as ucla), is now a third year student and now lives in los feliz. major: mass communication studies, minors: human complex systems and music history (ooOOooOoo). she is a freaky little thing, in the best possible way. she enjoys (among many other things), every and all types of music, movies and digital editing, theatre, singing/pretending she's going to start a band, fine arts (especially painting and sculpture), video games (console), mucking about with her computer/digital graphics, acting silly, riding horses, literature, writing, musicals, science fiction, and the color green. she is quite friendly, lovable, and nice when you get to know her (although that is a bit clique), and above all things, em (also known as 'emily') is incredibly ECLECTIC. she is also quite fond of lists of things, so you can be sure she'll find some time to put a bunch of them up here at some point in between all of her other eclectic activities. email : emeliz@ucla.edu aim : w i l d eggplant fan listings :

I JUST SAW EWAN MCGREGOR. EWAN MCGREGOR!!!!!!! AS IN MY IDOL, GOD, ACTING LOVE OF MY LIFE, EWAN MCGREGOR. AS IN THE GUY I HAVE PICTURES OF UP ON MY WALL, EWAN MCGREGOR. AS IN I CAN JUST ABOUT DIE HAPPY NOW... EWAN MCGREGOR. AS IN I TOTALLY LOST ALL ABANDON AND SCREAMED AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS LIKE A MAD WOMAN... EWAN MCGREGOR. AS IN I WAS LITERALLY SHAKING AND SCREECHING AND JUMPING UP AND DOWN WHILE PRECARIOUSLY BALANCING ON THE EDGE OF A METAL BARRIER... EWAN MCGREGOR. The funny thing is, I was just thinking to myself, "I'm going to have to go to a premier with him so I can see him, and then THERE HE WAS. Like, your wish is my command-status. We were at the premier of Closer, Jude Law, blah blah, Clive Owen, blah blah. Natalie Portman was georgous but she didn't even look up and wave like the rest of the people did. But then, there he was, suddenly, it was very quick but I now have a memory that will last me the rest of my life and make me happy forever. I know I sound silly but I have loved this man for YEARS now, WAY before Star Wars 1 and 2. Like, Trainspotting and Velvet Goldmine-era Ewan. I could hardly breathe, it was just so sublime. I have now officially made it my goal to become famous so I can meet all these people and have a real conversation with them, not just scream at them incoherently from behind a row of paparazzi.
